Hua Hin is famous throughout the world for its stunning beaches and beautiful setting, as well as for being a favourite destination of the Thai royal family. It also has a vibrant nightlife with a number of bars, discotheques and cabarets – all of which are more family friendly than most other Thai locations. One of the best hotels in the region is the Hilton Hua Hin which – as the name suggests – is one of the more expensive in the area as well. It has a huge amount of rooms – all of which are kept in immaculate condition – as well as swimming pools, a spa and some of the best restaurants in the locality. The hotel also offers great views of the Gulf of Thailand from nearly all of the rooms, as well as being located in the center of the town.
There are also a number of hostels in the area to cater for those who are on a smaller budget for their Hua Hin Holidays. These can be found either online or when reaching the destination. Most have comfortable beds, plus all basic amenities, such as showers and a place to eat. Many of the rooms though are often shared with others, although it is possible to get a single room for a higher price. For hotels, the minimum that one can expect to pay per night here is about $20 AUS, while hostels will be around the $10 figure.
